Day Four - Healthy Eating Week
"Drink plenty" Have at least 6-8 unsweetened drinks every day – water is a great choice!
As part of Healthy Eating Week, todays challenge is to drink plenty – that does not include energy drinks – just a reminder that we have a ban on energy drinks today.
Our canteen have been supporting us this week and promoting water and milk.
Huge thanks to A.G. Barr for their donation of bottles of water which were given out to all pupils as they arrived in school this morning.
